We believe in sharing the best that Spain has to offer: the most sumptuous meals, the most memorable experiences, the most beautiful views, and the finest wines. We take you to the must luxurious hotels, the most elegant restaurants, and along the finest roads in the most picturesque parts of the country.

We have the most modern equipment, from our comfortable vans to our fleet of new Specialized bikes. Our tour groups are smaller, giving us the opportunity to offer you the most intimate and authentic Spanish experience.

We have a highly experienced international team, strong alliances with various companies within the cycling world and the knowledge to guarantee you an unforgettable journey. One of the toughest challenges in this business is finding the best suppliers and companies to ensure you are attended by the best hands. Over the years, we have continually strengthened our ties with our guides, hotels, restaurants, mechanics, and the long list of companies that we work with to provide you with our wide array of services and the top-notch service that we all wish to have.

Our expert team at your service

Director and Owner

Pablo Muñoz

I have always loved the excitement of travel, being enriched by the history, and stumbling across hidden places. And there is no better way to intimately discover a place than by cycling through it; taking it slow, savouring the moment. At Bike Spain Tours we are dedicated to helping you find the perfect cycling experience, whether it is rolling amongst the white washed houses of the Andalusia region, stopping to taste the grapes in La Rioja or embarking on an unforgettable pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela.

I have to say that one of the most rewarding aspects is the amount of adults that have learned to ride a bike with us, as well as the children that greatly thank us for their beginning steps and their continual advances.

We use a sustainable form of transportation and enjoy the natural resources as well as the rich art and history legacies that we are lucky enough to find in Spain and throughout Europe; however the most enjoyable part about biking is the cyclists like yourself!

Sales and Product Manager

Laura Louise Whitaker

Laura Whitaker has 10+ years of experience in the travel world between the UK and Spain, happiest when mapping out adventures and swapping trail stories. She’s conquered the entire Camino Francés, treats herself to a stage of the Northern Route every year, and returns home to her two cats—who are convinced they’re the real bosses. At Bike Spain, she specialises in personalising routes, selecting the best hotels and restaurants, and crafting unforgettable cycling experiences tailored to each rider.
Tour Leader

Remy Kaldenbach

As Remy was born in the Netherlands, he could practically bike before he could walk! He joined Bike Spain in 2024 after more than 10 years of guiding adventures through the mountains of New Zealand, Bolivia, and across Europe.

He ended up staying in Madrid after casually walking into the shop one sunny morning and asking for a job—sometimes the best decisions are the spontaneous ones.

What he loves most about Madrid is the lifestyle. People here truly enjoy life and make the most of the sunshine. Whether it’s having drinks and tapas with friends in one of the many plazas or escaping the heat with a good book in one of the city’s beautiful parks, Remy fits right in.

As a guide, he always tries to discover your interests. Whether you're a foodie, a culture lover, or a history enthusiast, he’ll make sure to show you the best Madrid has to offer.

Stephane Mateos

My passion for cycling has been in my blood ever since I got on my first bike as a child; for me, the bike is a way of life. I love racing, I train whenever I can, and I follow the cycling world every season. I’ve been working with Bike Spain Tours (in English, French and Spanish!) since 2019, accompanying fellow cycling enthusiasts who want to experience the great tours, such as the Giro, the Tour, or La Vuelta a España.
Technical Director

Javier Pou

Linked to the world of cycle touring for more than 25 years, he began discovering cycling trips and travelling around the world, until he turned his hobby into a profession. He has been involved in different aspects of tourism for years, both with technical work and the design of cycling routes. If you need to know more about a trip around Europe or the rest of the world, or if you just want to take a ride around Madrid, don’t hesitate to ask him.
Expert guide

Enrique Hernandez

Born and raised in Madrid, he studied Law and Business Administration in Madrid, Dublin, and Rotterdam, while also undertaking long-distance travels around the world, from Spain to Central Africa, West India, and parts of Central and South America. In 2019, he embarked on a long-distance bicycle journey from Spain, crossing 16 countries on his way to the Caucasus Mountains, a trip that was halted by border closures in 2020. During the COVID and post-COVID periods, he worked as a mechanic and manager in bicycle shops in Poland and France, always traveling between locations by bicycle, until his return to Spain in 2022.

He enjoys exploring regional folklore, the history of different places, and the connections between past and present through the people who inhabit each region. He adapts easily to change and is effective at resolving stressful or high-pressure situations, empathizing with others to create a harmonious environment without disrupting the journey. For every unforeseen event, there is always a suitable solution.
