Madrid Segovia tour

I would give the trip a 10. I believe that the quality and price are well matched. The hotels were fantastic, the food outstanding and Pablo and Juan were friendly and full of interesting information about the places we visited and some history of Spain.You replied to my email inquiry about one of your bike trips within one business day. The outstanding customer service that I received from Celine with each of my questions. I especially appreciated that Celine booked hotels for me in Barcelona and Madrid.I liked all the hotels as each one was unique and different. I would make the same comment about the restaurants. I enjoyed all the meals, as each one was different. The fresh fruit, cheese and wine were always outstanding.Outstanding! Both Pablo and Juan are professional, knowledgeable and friendly.! They definitely know how to deal with any situation that arises during a trip. Pablo and Juan were good at dealing with people who had different levels of cycling experience.My trip to Spain was one of the best vacations ever.Janet Ellis CANADA
